Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Communication Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for defining and executing our communication strategy, ensuring a consistent and strong voice across all channels. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our technical teams, our client, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive communication strategy that aligns with Sand Console’s business goals and brand identity.

Internal Communication: Manage and improve internal communication channels to ensure all employees are informed about company news, strategic priorities, and culture initiatives.

Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in Sand Console’s tone, voice, and visual identity across all communication platforms.

Crisis Communication: Develop and maintain a plan for managing and responding to potential communication crises.

Requirements:

Experience: 1 to 1.5 years of professional experience in management, communication, public relations, marketing, or a related field.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong portfolio of work.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with the software industry or B2B technology communication is a plus.

• Proficiency with communication tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, internal comms tools, social media management).

• Mindset: A strong sense of ownership, high attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
